Our Store Policies

We founded Dashauna's Beauty Emporium with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

1. There is a 2-day grace period for returning orders due to defect or dissatisfaction. If an order is returned during this period, we will fix the defect for you free of charge. After the 3-day window, we will charge a fee for nail repairs.

2. Pre-etched servicing is available for orders. This means that the insides of the press-ons can be gently filed as a means of ensuring they stay on longer if you wish.

3. We currently offer personal nail delivery to customers in the following Alabama areas: Selma and Birmingham Metro. If you are interested in personal delivery of your order, you can schedule a delivery during checkout if you are ordering inventory on the website. For custom orders, the owner will follow up with you to schedule a time/meeting place.
